If you walk all the way to the light over a stunning trail on the cliff you will rewarded by reaching the southest point of the european mainland.. the view over the aegean see is amazing

It was a bit of a travel in heat but the zircon and the visit to the Lighthouse in akrotiri compensated us in full. Don't miss it if you are in Mani

Pleasant two km walk from the parking. Lovely small bay for swimming with shade on the way. Restaurant by parking also offered very good lunch.

A great way to spend a few hours walking out to the Lighthouse. Was very hot when we did it so remember the sun screen, hat and water.

It's so perfect, like a lighthouses should be; exactly what you saw in your childhood text books. Great area behind it to stay overnight as well.
