Even though I have lived in the area all of my life and visit this amazing sight at least once a year, it is breathtaking each and every time. Definitely a must see if you are in the area.

I probably visited at the worst time of year but it was still really cool. Dog friendly, great scenery, walks and hikes are optional, you get good views even from the parking lot

You won't be able to see waterfall in winters only rocks. Should be nice for summer activities. Nice picnic area.

The waterfall is an attraction that must be seen if you are visiting Twin Falls. It is also a nice place to picnic you should also visit Deirkes Lake which also now offers kayak rentals.

I was disappointed. There's no waterfalls at all during the winter. I only saw rocks. We should have researched better cos we made plans to stay in Twin Falls to see the falls.

River is diverted for irrigation and hydro purposes - go see in the Spring when there is actually water over the falls. Otherwise it's a pretty impressive wall of rock. Falls are protected from the wind and much warmer than the Perrine just downstream. Pleasant park setting with trails.

This water fall is TALLER than Niagara Falls in New York, I love the peacefulness it's so calm. Two different platforms, and the lake to go swimming (Dierkes) is very close to here.

The area is arid desert, but the park at the falls is a lush lawn with many shade trees from the natural springs coming out of the canyon walls. Come prepared to have a picnic lunch on the lawn, walk over to see the water falls (yawn! Its August) and then go where all the locals hang out by driving... More

Although I visited this place in November when the falls wasn't so active, I still recommend this place. Located in Twin Falls region, off I-84 this place is a must see attraction for all age group of people. Quite appropriately it's called the Niagara of the west.
