The Indian and Conch Bar Caves are natural limestone caves in the bluffs on the north side of Middle Caicos - not the sort of place you'd expect to find caves! Well worth the visit for the natural history. You need to hire a tour...More

The caves are $20 a person and we thought it was worth it. Everyone has a flashlight they provide. It’s a but slippery in places though so walking can be a bit treacherous. Got to see some fruit bats. You don’t realize how dark the...More

Thoroughly worth the $20 for the tour. Had an excellent tour guide and enjoyed the “Christmas” room, 9 brothers, and the ponds. Guide told me the caves run 3 miles long!

This tour was our Valentine's Day adventure. Conch Bar Caves is one of the largest non-submerged caves systems in the Caribbean region. When you check the map of the cave, it shows that it goes for miles and says that it may ends up at...More

Understandably, the government limits tourists to only a little bit of the cave. People have spray-painted all over and destroyed a lot of the natural formations in here. You are only allowed to go with one of the guides which are on hand at the...More

We did the tour of the bat cave and it was beautiful, interesting, unusual, and thrilling...but it wasn't very educational. I appreciate that there is a group looking after the interests of this amazing space, but our tour guide told us nothing of geological nature...More

Being somewhat of a nature nerd, I loved this visit and learning the history of the caves. It's a little expensive ($20/person) but supports an island/people that don't have a lot other than tourism. We spent time talking with a 5th generation local who worked...More

Make sure you wear grippy shoes as this is a real cave with no walkways and slippery water, bat poop etc. We like bats so we enjoyed it. Tour guide was nice. Very short tour but still worth a peek.

I haven’t seen many caves. Tour wasn’t mind blowing but well worth the 30 minutes and $20 entrance fee.

I'm not aware of taxis . You would to arrange a rental car with your hotel. The Caicos are spread out and a lot to see so a taxi would be very expensive . And if you're only going over to see the caves you are wasting a day... More
