Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a lovely place, we went yesterday for the day and my granddaughter had the best time. Friendly staff, lovely coffee, idyllic location.

If you haven’t been you’re seriously missing out.

Zip wires, High and Low Ropes, Giant swing, Bounce about and Climbing wall… All Brilliant.

Get the kids off the IPads and phones and out into the fresh air in the countryside you won’t be disappointed.

Thanks guys for a fantastic day, we’ll see you all again soon I’m sure.

I visited with a group from my university as part of a social activity and we all really enjoyed the visit.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and clearly enjoyed working there.
The main reason for us being here was the High Ropes course. While it was shorter than that of their largest competitor, it was more challenging and probably took around the same amount of time to complete. All the obstacles were fun to complete, with some being more challenging than others. The entire course seemed well maintained. As it had just rained before our session, the course was wet and slippery. This wasn't a problem though, as it just made everything more fun!
At the end of our visit, we stopped off in the cafe area for a well-deserved rest and enjoyed some hot drinks.

As there are no bus links nearby, we walked from the bus stop in Broyle Side (28 B&H bus). The entire walk was on country roads, so it is easy enough to do if you are willing to walk for up to an hour each way.

This was my first visit here, but I will definitely be back again. Either with the University group, or with other friends and family.

Thank you to everyone at Branching Out for making it such an enjoyable day!

Overall a great experience, lovely setting and a great confidence builder. It was only spoilt by one staff member clearly starting to lose his patience and shouting increasingly terse instructions up at my child when he got stuck on the zip wire. He’d just plucked up the courage after almost being in tears, to launch on the zip but unfortunately it stopped dead in the middle, because he hung on the clips instead of the zip cord. Dangling at height having had the brief training session he was understandably nervous of letting go of anything but soon complied and made his way across. They guy seemed calmer and more pleasant again later and as I mentioned overall this was a great learning experience for my son, just please remember to be kind as getting irritable really doesn’t help.

My 10yo daughter and her two friends had a fantastic time on the high ropes course and then finished off with the giant swing. Great set up and friendly staff. Brilliant!

Having visited whilst taking in Woodfair at Bentley on Friday, my stepdaughter who has been before, jumped at the opportunity to try the high course again, she was well looked after, professionally talked through the briefing and free then to explore the course. Having completed it quickly as she was lucky to time it when no other person was on the ropes, we were then offered another go as there was no one in front. A great gesture, one that sparked this review, would recommend on staff alone.

A hidden gem in the heart if rural East Sussex. A good variety of activities in a lovely location. The staff were experienced, friendly and weren't rushed. We were able to book in advance and change activities on the day as the kids found things they wanted to try again. There is enough to do on site for a half or full day entertainment for the kids. Food and drink.available for sale onsite and picnic tables in the grounds. There is also a model railway in the fields next door
