Christopher Newbould (ret.) and he ensured we visited all areas of the drop zones and areas that the Airborne forces of the U.K. the Americans and the Poles fought for so gallantly, although it was noticeable that most of... This was an extremely worthwhile tour. The whole day was filled with emotion, beginning with the dawn service and followed by visits to battle sites and war cemeteries. Our guide, Mike, was a fountain of knowledge and was able to explain the significance of every place we visited. A day never to be forgotten.

An Absolutely excellent experience, which also included a visit to other Australian WW1 battlefield sites of Poziers, Fromelles, Bullecourt and a couple of other smaller cemeteries of Australian significance. Mike Scott provided an excellent overview and explanation at... More
