We booked for a wine tasting. Whilst on the phone we were asked if we would want lunch I said, well, book us in and we'll decide when we arrive. Not realising how they run this establishment. In turning up and saying we didn't fancy food as well as wine and cheese, we had clearly offended the careful balance of... More

Fantastic meal with warm welcoming staff. The food was spectacular. Very reasonably priced I've quite easily paid double that for far worse food. The 6 pitch camping adults only was quiet and the only critism if it is one was poor reception of tv and phone. Well worth a visit. Thank you to everyone involved.

We went as a party of nine for Easter lunch. Two of the party partook of the wine tasting which was excellent value and fun. We had a three course lunch, with the children having half size portions of the adults. It was lovely to see the children could enjoy the same meal as us, without the lure of a... More

This was our third visit I had bought a Groupon voucher for the wine sampling and cheese platter for 2 people for £10. Fantastic value for money you choose what wines and liqueurs you would like to try and they arrive in little shot glasses. The cheese platters comprises bread, crackers and usually 3 speciality cheeses one of which is... More

Had great fun using our groupon voucher for cheese and wine tasting. Decided to book lunch as well. Freshly cooked, homemade with quality ingredients. Super service and great value. Recommend it for a fun afternoon of doing something different.

My wife and myself have just visited this great location. My son gave me a voucher for wine and cheese tasting for 2 . We decided to have lunch there as well, and it was a good decision. We had a 3 course meal and to go with it about 24 different wine's and liqueurs and we were told not... More

Turned up early but we were accommodated easily. The place wasn't very busy and we weren't rushed into choosing our unplanned meal. The food was of a good quality and the cost was reasonable. The surroundings were quite picturesque and the weather helped this. The staff were friendly and gave a good explanation on the wine and cheese we sampled.... More

We were given a Groupon voucher for Xmas. First visit/wine tasting. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff member gave us our 24 samples with advice on how to sample ie start with dry wines first. Superb cheese platter. No hard sell but we did end up buying 4 bottles of our favourites. Didn't feel intimidated or rushed the staff member just... More
