Cool stop

Interesting natural phenomenon. Good. clean swimming and park, Surprisingly uncommercial and chill. Not a spot to spend the day but a fun stop along the way.

Nice little "park" just on the outskirts of Rock Sound. The "hole" is actually ocean-fed through underground channels. The park is clean and well maintained. There is a walkway down to the waters edge where you will see the fish come up expecting to be fed. Be sure to take some bread to feed them. The locals use this water... More

Cool to have visited and feeding the fish was fun. Swimming there wasn't much to see unless u fed the fish while n water however it was a bit cold. A local told us most fish had been caught and put in the hole and all the big fish had been caught by locals and eaten. There was a lot... More

The park around the hole was in pretty good shape when we visited. The grass had been cut and the landscaping put into piles for pickup. There are public restrooms opposite the swimming entrance and even a playground. The day we visited there were some tourists with kids who were having a good time jumping from the high rock walls... Stopped in for an hour of swimming with friends and their 17 year old. It is a very cool place to bring a snorkel and a mask and hang out for an hour or two. There are literally hundreds of fish of varying size and species. There were a bunch of friendly local kids hanging out swimming as school had... More

This was a fun and unexpected stop! Bring something to feed the fish. Great place to bring kids. Watch carefully for the signs so you don't miss it.

Governor's Harbor is about an hour away. No one of their right mind would swim the middle. You couldn't t see through the water.

We stopped here one day because several locals had mentioned it to us. It's so fun! Take bread and feed the fish! There are some beautiful fish there too!

This is one of the easier sites to find on Eleuthera! It's fascinating in the fact that it's somehow connected to the ocean and reacts to the tides. We didn't swim on our visit, but some local kids were having a blast!

we glanced at the hole. Lots of fish but it was pretty deserted the day we visited. We did not feel comfortable swimming here.
