We finished tonight with our tour. Heather was very knowledgeable and went over and beyond getting us the tastings. Her southern hospitality was apparent. Her book knowledge was superior. To be fare, I just did a food tour in Manhattan 4 days ago. Our tour guide in NY was a native of Manhattan and had passion for her city. That... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our Winter Delights tour this past weekend. The Spice store and Oldtown olive oil and vinegarette store was our favorite two stops. Our tour guide Amber was very hospitable and was the highlight of our tour. Walking short distances in the cold is a definite bonus. Highly recommend this tour!

My husband & I visit the city often and were looking for a new way to explore. Chicago Food Planet Tours was a perfect Friday night date! We did the Wicker Park "World's Fare" tour which included Lillie Q, Chop Shop, 5411 and Urban Belly. All delicious and all places we would not have found on our own.

My wife and I met our guide Heather for our tour at Lillie's Q. There we sampled some award winning BBQ along with five others in our tour group. It was delicious and went great with the dry-hopped Belgian-style beer pairing. After a short walk we were sitting down at Chop Shop to sample some of the best meatballs I've... More

We really enjoyed our time on the Winter Delights Tour in Old Town. Enough food that we were not hungry by the time we were done and were ready to do some shopping at the places we'd visited! Everything was fresh and tasty and our guide really knew the locations and the tasting that we visited! The proprietors were also... More

We had an awesome time on the World's Fare tour. We went to Lillie's Q, Chop Shop, 5411, and Urban Belly all near the North/Damen/Milwaukee intersection in Wicker Park. Heather was a fun and friendly tour guide who gave great information about the foods and their origins. This is a perfect tour for winter since all of the restaurants are... More

This tour took my friends and I to several excellent restaurants in the Wicker Park area. I live in Chicago and had only been to one of the places on our route. The tour included a great variety of food and drinks! Plus, the tour guide did a nice job presenting us with some history of Chicago and the locations... More

A fun food tour that adds in some interesting facts about the area. Tour is well paced and food portions are good, you will not leave hungry. Tea shop was a nice stop for an iced tea on a warm summer day. Great way to see the area and enjoy local Chicago fare.
