If you go to the 96th floor, you can see everything you would see in the observation deck but it's FREE. It's a lounge but you're not required to buy a drink. Just walk around the room and see the views.

Although you can do the other tower this one is still worth the visit as it gives you a different perspective of the city. We did this for sunset and delightful. To see the change form daylight to electric light is excellent.

We went an hour before the sun went down so that we could see the city by day & night- & lots of other people clearly had the same idea as half an hour after we arrived dozens more people arrived! The views are stunning...More

Thanks for the review. We understand TILT is not for everyone, which is why we make it completely optional and encourage everyone to watch it before buying tickets. We’re happy you enjoyed the views and hope you can come back soon!

My husband and I thought the Hancock building was the Sears/Willis tower. The 360 is in the Hancock building. Close to the water. Views were great.

We had no line to have to wait in to get to the top. There is a bar at the top. But make sure you have extra money if you want to do the Tilt experience. It was an additional $8. I would imagine that...More

Actually, we went to the lounge on the 96th floor which offers 360 views if you walk around a bit and good food and cocktails at reasonable prices given the location. There is no "cover charge" just the cost of drinks and snacks (if you...More

Fantastic views from the top, it wasn't too busy so we could see out of every window. We were tired after sightseeing all day so we found a comfy chair, admired the view and took advantage of the free wi-fi. It's wheelchair accessible but I...More

Thanks for the feedback. Our plumbing is limited to what the building provides, but we do have changing stations and handicap stalls in the restrooms. Hope you can visit again soon.

Lots of space. Much more than at the Willis Tower. Possibility to sit down and enjoy the view, even buy a cup of coffea. Clearly the winner in comparison with the competition.

Recommended to get the best views of Chicago, would not recommend the tilt as it is a bit of an anticlimax.

Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan
Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent
Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago
River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out
neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the
place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with
shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and
dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.

You do get to skip the ticketing line. You will still need to wait for an elevator.

I went in the early morning as they opened. I had a 5 pass attraction entry that was pre-paid.
