I visited the Ivy League Baseball Club with my wife who was 6 months pregnant, my sister, and my brother in law. We were in town from Pittsburgh for a Cubs vs. Pirates series earlier this year. We caught a game inside at Wrigley, but couldn't pass up the opportunity to sit on the iconic rooftops. The number of options... More

The good: Getting to experience a Cubs game from a Wrigley rooftop. Nice, wide, padded seats. Good view (minus the parts of the outfield that are obstructed) The bad: The food was mediocre at best. The ugly: Immediately after the game (bear in mind that this was an NLCS game, where the tickets to Ivy League were $345 a piece)... More

I have been to this rooftop three times and would definitely go back! it is a very large venue - lots of outdoor seating and plenty of air conditioned indoor areas! The food and drink selection is awesome! I would highly recommend buying the VIP package as it allows access to food and drink and additional floors for pregame and... More

The view of the game is the only positive attribute this place has. Here are some things promised for the over 500$ you spend for VIP tickets for two people: "Choice of upgraded menu themes" - you don't get to make that choice. They choose for you. We were served the BBQ. The Mac and cheese was really dry, the... More

We purchased our Ivy League Baseball Club tickets in January with a Living Social deal. The location we purchased was 'upgraded' to the address above due to the build of the jumbotron scoreboards on the first base line and the third base line. The view was partially obscured due to the bleacher seats in front of us in Wrigley and... More

I brought a client event group of 25 to Ivy League Roof Top as it was billed as the best of all the roof tops around the historic ball park. The cost per person for the Diamond level which was the 2nd tier were just under $200. They definitely have the best view by far as the new scoreboards do... More

What a cool way to see a Cubs game. We all know that while the fans seem to keep climbing "This is the year," chances are it will in fact not be the year. Since that is the case why not at least enjoy the game with unlimited food and alcohol. The view is terrific on the rooftop with beautiful... More

Great time at Ivy League baseball club for Cubs game. We had tickets to wrigley field rooftop club and upon arrival were told we were upgraded to Ivy League club. Great view in right center field, good food and drink. No lines. What's not to like!

We saw a concert on Wrigley Field sitting in the Ivy League Baseball Club. Might be the best way to see a ballgame as well. Great bartenders, good food and a wonderful atmosphere.

What's not to like? Of all the rooftoops this one is the best location in right center. The game is right there in front of you. There's plenty of seats and they are cushy. There is a bar above the seating area. And a floor below there is an air conditioned lounge with TVs and a deck above the street... More

Staying in Wrigleyville

Neighbourhood Profile
Wrigleyville
This energetic sub-neighborhood, part of the larger Lakeview neighborhood, has a split personality. In the daytime you can stroll along its streets and enjoy a quiet meal, shop for gifts, walk along the row homes or sit peacefully in Graceland Cemetery. After dark, the neighborhood springs to life. Go bar-hopping along Addison and Sheffield Avenue or join the crowd at the historic Wrigley Field for live music. If there’s a Chicago Cubs baseball game in town, be prepared. Cubs fans can get a little rowdy and may prove to be a bit overwhelming if you're not expecting it.
