Great place to visit and pay tourist. If you are a photographer, brush up on your architectural history of Chicago before coming, there's tons of stuff to shoot. Food here is great. People leave a bit to be desired, but tolerable. Looks like half the...More

The buildings are the great symbol of modern Chicago architecture. But, after the years, they are little bit old and not in a good condition. Moreover, they are covered by other buildings like Trump tower.

Love the city of Chicago in the summer. I've worked and lived downtown for many years. There is always something great to do in Millennium Park. You can bring your own wine for any of the concerts in the park. It is expensive if you...More

This is another building structure to come visit and look / take photo. I'm not sure if this building is open to the public for inside viewing. If so, that would make this even that more worth it.

These towers might look ugly at first to some, but to me they symbolize the mix of architecture styles that make Chicago a destination for modern architecture buffs. A good place to take a photo of the so called Marina towers is on the other...More

Touring the area of Marina City always brings back fond memories. You can't miss them. They actually do resemble an architectural version of corn cobs. Whenever I see them they bring back childhood memories of my love of the Bob Newhart show. They are seen...More

But it was in a movie! These are the famous buildings that house the garages where they park all the cars backed right up to the edge of the building, very cool. Turns out the average joe doesn't park their car here ( a good...More

If you are traveling in Chicago make sure you get a glimpse of these towers. Also known as the Corn Cob buildings, Marina City is definitely something that makes Chicago Chicago. I love seeing them whenever I go downtown.

There are so many parking garages in the area. We parked around Ohio and Wabash and paid $150 for three days, which was a better rate than what the hotel would have been.
