More
J.K. Williams is a family distillery producing high-quality craft whiskey in the tradition of our bootlegging, fine whiskey-making great-great-grandpa, J.K. Although we produce our whiskey in a clean, well-equipped distillery in East Peoria, Illinois, we hope to live up to J.K.'s reputation for making incredibly smooth, great-tasting whiskey in small batches.

Very nice place just off I-74 High Way near Pinecrest exit. Folks are friendly and have some taste testing of the actual products on hand.

Loved the tour, especially the fact that it is family owned. They really take pride in their business. Great history displayed with pictures on the wall. After the tour you get to sample all of their products, which was awesome. Will definitely go again!

My wife and I stopped at this small distillery and received a great history lesson on how Peoria was once the Whiskey capital of the world. Did the tour which was very interesting for an Illinois distillery and sampled some great whiskey!
