Saw a sign for this place (and we were trying to go around a traffic situation). We almost were not sure we were going in the right direction, as after a few miles we ended up heading back toward the interstate. But it was the...More

ACS award winning raw milk cheeses, humane certified, small batch operation...what more could you ask for? I highly recommended stopping by for a steal on their wholesale prices, and get it by the wheel!

We tried this place based on Interstate billboards. It's a bit out of the way and a little shop but the cheese is delicious and made right on sight. Try the Kickapoo or Vermillion Blue. The people are nice, helpful and full of information about...More

This place is just off the interstate. Serval cheeses to taste. Hard to choose. Then you pay on the honor system because the staff is all hard at work making cheese. Loved it
