When we visited in rainy time . we were by small boat to the cave time about 1:25pm. that was really good in light and smell, Good in shape . better in first month of rainy season.Recommend it for must see of Kayin State.

Not sure what the hype is about with this cave. I didn't find anything impressive about it. The best bit was the boat ride at the end you can get to the beginning but it's way overpriced. 3000 for 5 minutes in a boat.
