Tobias (tobi) was kind, and had a good sence of what we wanted. The advise and places to visit where great. The bike was spot on, and we had great weather. We will return to Mallorca soon, and for 1000% we will hire a motorscooter again.

We had an issue with one of our helmets and Bullimoto came through clutch by bringing a different size just before we took our trip to dinner on the other side of the island! Vespa was in great shape, worked well and performed flawlessly. Highly recommend this company for your vespa needs.

I had a wonderful day on my Vespa. As someone who usually rides a bike with an engine 10 times larger I was amazed at how much fun I had. The Vespa was in impeccable condition and the perfect way to see the Island. Being able to park anywhere I wanted out my helmet under the seat and then stroll around was super convenient.
Bullimoto were helpful, efficient and delivered a great customer experience. I never give five stars but I'm happy to make an exception here.

Booked months in advance confirmed the time only to have them not show up. I got off my cruise ship at 9:15 am, agreed to meet at 9:30 am. Walked up and down the pier with four people looking for this guy till 10:15 in the boiling sun. Finally giving up took a taxi into town got a phone call at 10:45 am on my cell phone asking if we were still interested in these scooter rentals. ??? Are you kidding? No apology, nothing. We said he was way to LATE and we were too far into town now. He blathered on for a while at 17 dollars a minute on my cell phone until we just said we had to go. After arriving home I received an e-mail informing me I was going to be charged full price for the scooter rentals even though we never used them. I wrote back saying that was outrageous since he was not there on time if he even showed up at all. He said he was there on time and he was looking for us and as an act of good favor he would wave the delivery fee! Give me a break! If he was there on time looking for us why did he not call then? Why did he call at 10:45? The whole thing stinks of SCAM Now I have to go through me credit card company and try to dispute this whole thing from another continent. Thanks for ruining our vacation! With all the scooter rental choices find another place did not be HASSLED by this place they have not been in business very long and obviously have no idea how to treat a customer or time management. What a disappointment!!!!!

Bullimoto prides itself on its professional and personable customer service. From over 700 customers this is the first complaint we have received. To keep the response brief and save you time, I shall list only the FACTS from the day in question:
Our delivery driver arrived at Palma Port at 09:20. He has a large Bullimoto sign which is easily recognizable.
Our driver called the shop at 09:50 stating he still has not seen the customers. I advised him to wait as from previous experience we know that it can take time disembarking large cruise ships as there are hundreds of people leaving at the same time.
He called the shop again at 10:20 to say he still had no sign of them whereupon i called the customer on his American mobile phone to advise him that we were still waiting.
He was exceptionally rude and stated they did not want the Vespa´s and the call was costing him too much money. In accordance with our Conditions cancelling at this late stage means you lose 1 days rent. As a gesture of good will we wavered the Delivery fee (60km round trip we had made). 3 weeks later we received an exceptionally abusive email calling us all kinds of names. We are sorry that the customer feels as he does, however the way in which he has conducted himself is shameful. We have phone and email records to prove all of the above.

Great fun and we found Bullimoto an excellent company to deal with. Professional and very helpful. Had a great ride to the beach for a swim and there was some amazing scenery along the way. If you are a first timer and not to sure about navigating your journey out of the city, I highly recommend booking a guided ride. All five of us rated this day out as number one of our fondest memories of our two week tour!! A definite must do when in Majorca!! Thank you Rory for some fab memories!!

My wife and I hired a 150cc automatic Vespa for 2 days during our holiday in October. The weather was unseasonably warm and perfect for exploring with the wind in your face! the roads are generally quiet and very safe and accommodating for 2 wheeled fun. The Vespa was well powered and comfortably carried my wife and I.
Whilst i drive a car everyday i haven't ridden a scooter since my Teens. Rory (the owner) gave me a quick refresher overview and suggested some routes and restaurants to try as we made our way up and down the North-West coast.
We picked up the Vespa with a full fuel tank and were asked to return the same (Petrol Station just 1 km away).
If you are looking for an alternative to the norm we couldn't recommend Bullimoto more highly.

Please check the functionally of your scooter before you leave. Our breaks stopped working after two days

Hi Cofee2go. Thanks for the review. We take onboard all comments, good or bad, and use them to help Bullimoto improve and give the client the best possible experience.
Even though your review is short and relatively nonchalant, the seriousness of your statement should not be underestimated.
As soon as I read this review I spoke with all staff and nobody had any recollection of faulty breaks, or discussing with a client something relating to breaks so we started a formal internal investigation.
We did find your booking (with additional notes) - it was from September 2017. After renting for a couple of days you returned to our shop in Palma. You explained that the Vespa was working perfectly for the first 2 days and then suddenly the front break stopped working. Our mechanic inspected the Vespa and noticed the front brake cable had been severed in two close to the front wheel, together with some light scuffing of the suspension. In his professional opinion this was not wear and tear or a faulty part, it is the consequence of a collision and the cable catching on something and breaking. He fully explained this to you and gave you a new Vespa.
You were also informed that you should have followed the Terms and Conditions which states that if the Vespa has any problems please call the Roadside Assistance number given on the Emergency Card in every Vespa. You would be collected and brought to our store where we swap the Vespa at no extra cost.
It is worrying that reviews can be posted without any factual evidence, but i suppose this is the joys of TripAdvisor. And also, it does seem a little odd that you posted your review 8 months after you rented the Vespa...
For anyone reading this - all our Vespas either 2018 or 2017 models and are serviced every week by fully qualified mechanics and have in-house workshops in our shops. We pride ourselves on the quality of our Vespas and this is evident when you read the other reviews posted on tripadvisor.

Hi. Looking at hiring a Vespa for the day for me and my partner while we are staying in Port Soller in June. Can anyone advise of the best places to ride that aren’t too far and are suitable for inexperienced moped drivers? Didn’t want to go too far, just a nice route with a restaurant stop somewhere along the way and an easy ride back. Thanks.

Hi Jason. The law in Spain requires you have some form of driving licence. For 50cc bikes you must have either a licence for a moped (Euro AM Licence) or a car licence (Euro B Licence). For a 125cc bike you must either a motorcycle licence (Euro A Licence), or a car licence (Euro B Licence) held for a minimum of 3 years. I hope this helps!
