Very crowded, go early and bring your own chairs etc. Great music in summer. You can bring your own food, but not beverages. Fun place to hang out with group of friends. But it is outside so weather is a factor.

What an amazing winery! The wine tasting was informative and excellent. You can buy wine and lots of other cool things in the store. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The surrounding view was amazing with a small lake, and a gazebo where there was a wedding taking place.

If you arrive to a wedding reception late, you will be expected to pay the cover charge. After dealing with construction in St. Louis for an hour, I finally made it to my cousin's wedding reception about an hour late. When I got to Mackinaw Valley Winery there was a guy at the entrance who said I had to pay... More

What an excellent way to spend a late summer evening. Informal, relaxing, inexpensive evening, sure to impress any date, young or older. Well done. Personnel at the winery are very personable and appear to be out to make sure you have a pleasant evening. Suggest you want to reserve a table for your picnic.

The winery is a great place to go. On Saturday night there is live entertainment with the stage in front of the pond. There is a gradual slope headed down towards the pond so a view of the band and the dance area is in sight. I am not much of a wine fan but they have a good selection... More

Beautiful evening looking over the vineyard. Wine tasting at the bar. Your first 3 samples are free, they charge a small price after that. We only had 3. Enjoyed a glass of Diane's desire (Contained a Niagara grape. One of my favorites.) and Priscilla's passion. Both very tasty. Purchase a block of Gouda cheese. Which came with a sleeve of... More

Love the entertainment. Great bands, family friendly. Go early to get a prime spot on the grass, take a table chairs and have a great fun filled night. Be sure to bring some kind of candle to find your spot. After some drinking and dancing it's easy to misplace your group :-) oh the wine is ok, they do serve... More

Decided to visit a vineyard locally for a Sunday Funday and came across this vineyard. Ben was most helpful with the selection of wines and greeted us/everyone else as a welcomed guest. They have a large selection of blushes, reds and whites that are amazing. It is centrally located between Peoria and Bloomington with some beautiful views. I will be... More
