This place was way more than we expected. Friendly hometown people from the time we walked in. The war museum was very large and the gentleman were very knowledgeable. This is all free and in front of the trolley stop. Must visit !

Yes it is but the staff are on hand to answer any questions . There are lots of tourist information leaflets too. It is a fantastic tourist place.

Our last trip was in January, so yes, they are open then, I believe they are open year-round.

Free though there is a donation box and with the museum being of higher quality a couple dollars goes a long way
