Amazing!

It was an unbelievable experience! Wasn't that crowded and weather was perfect. It was also possible to see some seals 💕. Definitely a must see when in Iceland

Stop at the first parking you see when arriving at Jokulsarlon (from Reykjavik direction). Here it won't be as crowded as in the main parking and you have some cool views from the lake with the glacier on the back. You should expect to spend 20 to 40 minutes on this side of the lake. Take your coat, as it... More

I had done my research online and was expecting a long 4.5 hour drive from Reykjavik and although it was long, it was a beautiful drive and it went very quickly. We did this on our second day so it gave us a chance to pinpoint some other destinations and also add a few to our list. We drove past... More

Believe the hype and make the journey. We stayed in Vik and then made an early morning drive. A long way but the landscape en route is interesting too. Count the waterfalls! We made it over 70! When you pull into the car park it is hard to believe. The icebergs are actually blue. It is surreal. Visit both car... More

By the time you enter in the boat the silence has already took t he best of you. Took us all, four friends in absolute... More

If you are on the south coast this is definitely worth a visit! We set off from Keflavik early in the morning and arrived at around midday. It was raining and very cloudy on the day we were there however the size and beautiful colours of the ice are spectacular when you see them with the naked eye. We wanted... More

We debated whether this was worth the 2.5 hr drive each way from Vik and certainly was. Route itself is interesting with loads of waterfalls, a number of glaciers, interesting lava formations and surreal black sand river areas. The lagoon is brilliant. Go to both sides and make sure to visit the beach too. Take extra socks or wellies if... More

This is the best place ever till now I have visited, what a magnificent view. Glad that I went in winter so I could see lot of Icebergs. The diamond beach was shinning in beauty, as we arrived there for sunrise and it was absolutely fantastic view. A must visit place if you are in Iceland.

The place is extremely surreal and it is hard to get used to the view. I think this is a must see of Iceland and it cannot be missed
