Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The joy of the little child and the big one is fantastic!!! Dream city, we will visit it again with an amazing collection of toys from all over the world and from the Bronze Age to the 20th century.
It's worth it, well done, it's worth the visit...

A charming museum to take you down memory lane. A few metro stops from Piraeus and a 5 minute amble fr0m the tram stop, (No. 7 to Trocadero).. Afterwards go to the Flisvos Marina for a drink or lunch and admire or not the billion pounds worth of super yachts in the boat park.. Some good Tavernas and bars to while away the time.

The exhibition is very nice and complete. Maybe you won't find as many variations of the same toy as, eg in Prague toy museum, but you won't be disappointed. You might recognize some toys of your own childhood. I really liked the part near the exit, where old people made on their own toys like the ones they used to make as kids.
The building is truly magic, excellently preserved and adds to the positive experience of the place. It's the right building to host such an exhibition.
I think that there should be some playroom for the kids to play with copies of those old toys and compare them with their own or to build toys like the ones our grandparents used to make.
Definitely recommended!

We went here to kill some time before our flight and glad we did. It’s a little pricy at 9 Euro per adult...kids free under 6yrs old. The museum is beautiful and the exhibits are very well done.

Very beautiful place. It contains games from ancient times to the present day. Ideal for elementary school children. We had a fabulous trip.

The joy of small children in a nice area with a large collection of toys just opposite the Flaisvos park. For our older guests, we traveled back in time while at the back there is a small cafe and courtyard.
