We went there with our children 13 and 6 years old since all the guide books and the tourist information suggested this as children attraction. Here you can enjoy only movies projected at 360° and nothing else. The language of the movies is Greek but a translation in English is available. To enjoy the English translation you have to buy... This place may be attractive to kids or people with no knowledge at all of the universe or sciences. But it is not a place for adults who have some considerable knowledge. The screen is almost 360 degrees but not comfortable at all, and the worst is that the films they show are - in my point of view- not... More

We enjoyed our visit at the Planetarium, during the summer there is only documentaries to watch that are in Greek. Also the shop has excellent educational toys that are exclusively sold there.

The only activity they are now proposing is the movie "Flying to the Moon". I think the movie fits children 7-. Any way my kids of 14YO and 10YO were not impressed. The cosmos' exhibition is closed...

The museum has an Interactive science and technology exhibition, a planitarium with science educational movies for kids and a interesting library. It also has an excellent technology Lab but the admission to the science group needs to be confirmed in advance.

Well lit in the night and a must for selfie. It became a good landmark on the evening walk on the beach front.

Came recommended by a friend to show my 13 years old son his first planetarium. He loved it and was very disappointed when the 30 minutes show ended.

The planetarium offers great programs for children and adults, holds thematic exhibitions on science photography etc and has an excellent library. Add to that the great coffee and science shop and you have an enjoyable experience.

We went on New Year's Eve and had the whole place almost all to ourselves. There are two parts to this facility: the Planetarium and the Science Museum. The planetarium show (really, a film), entitled "Strange Worlds in the Solar System" was visually spectacular and amazingly up-to-date. It included NASA data from two months previous, and was scientifically awe-inspiring. The... More
