Lived on East Beardsley Street 8 blocks from Ruthmere since 1941 and after 77 years going by the place finally decided to take the tour. The staff knows the place inside and out and really friendly! Had a very good time! Enjoyed the history.

Very nice late 1800's mansion. House is as close to original pieces as they could. It changed hands a couple times before being bought again by the Beardsley family. Very informative tour.

Oh. Yes. And they have a beautiful old home down the street for weekend retreats. All within walking distance of the gorgeous Wellfield Botanical Gardens, too. And downtown. And parks.
