Have riden about 1/2 of the trails in the Greenway trail system. They are mostly scenic and very comfortable riding. For the most parts they are asphalt paved.

The trails are decent. There are barely any water fountains and no restrooms on the trails and trail heads. The trails are highly segmented and some sections are in need of repair. The segments often cross busy streets or areas to get to other segments....More

There is a reason for this town’s name and this is it! I watched a ‘re-enactment’ of the battle between the English and our guys. Quite a show! Not sure what you’ll find here normally, but historically this is a very important outpost.

We love the River Greenway. Each summer we put 250-300 miles on our bikes! The trails are usually clean and offer a safe, senic way to see the city.

Fort Wayne is doing an outstanding job creating local trails to walk or ride bikes. The paths are well taken care of and are located throughout the city. Please be aware that some of the paths use a wood plank system to level out or...More

In Ft Wayne for a night and ventured into town to a recommended restaurant for an early dinner. It was a beautiful night and plenty of time left for a stroll. We were captivated by the trails and our intended brief walk turned into an...More

We were very impressed with the vast number of trails we saw in the area. They were very well maintained. Beautiful scenery around them. Would be nice if there were Rules of the trail posted. Cyclists seem to think they rule the road. Many times...More
