This was a very nice outing. It was a chance to see Fort Wayne from a different perspective. Whether a person is a visitor or local, it is a great way to get an overview of Fort Wayne, and a little taste of local history.
They offer several types of guided river tours. Our first was on a pontoon boat and the second was on Sweet Breeze, the shaded canal boat. In both cases the guides were very helpful and we had a great experience. Both tours were 90 minutes.
Over the holiday weekend, we booked the 90 minute Canal Boat ride for 4 but there were 12 other family members in our group. It was a beautiful day with cool temperatures. We had a wonderful experience.
