Absolutely incredible workmanship throughout the house, very knowledgeable staff. The house is full of handmade woodwork and carvings that will amaze you and a very interesting history of the property, the owners and shipping.

The Steamboat museum is fascinating and gives one a view into the ship building industry that Jeffersonville is noted for. The museum is chocked full and restored beautifully. During the summer the Chatauqua is a must.

very nice to have such a museum right in our backyard. we volunteer here annually to assist with the upkeep of the grounds before their festival. would highly recommend volunteering.
