Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I got Job's contact online, never having read any reviews about him, but his first interaction made me realized I had landed on the perfect person.-, very helpful and engaging. My 2 days with Job as our guide during the Abseiling and Sipi Hike, showed me he knew and loved what he was doing right from the great storytelling at the campfire to the hike to the abseiling. He always put the clients first, very comical, and knew how to engage everyone on the trip. He will make you do things that will be regrettable but that's the experience right there. I still have my shoes wet...hahaha!

I would recommend Job Soyeko to anyone planning to go abseiling or hiking till I go back myself! Job made everything memorable and worthy. Not forgetting he has the perfect photography shots to keep your memories.

Hiking and Abseiling Sipi is breathtaking with beautiful views and that deep thrill feeling dropping down on a 2-inch rope at the 115m Sipi falls cliff. However, some people make it even better, Job SOYEKWO and his Mulima Mountain Adventures are one of those people. Till Next Time!

Job, your eloquence and comic character made hiking and abseiling the great Sipi falls funfilled and memorable. I appreciate the great photographic shots captured and strength exhibited that got us all sweating while enjoying the adrenaline rush. Worth every shilling and sore muscles.

Abseiling the Sipi falls. The watershowers under the different falls and the hike were therapeautic. Job and his Mulima Mountain Adventures team offered great customer services. Everybody needs to abseil in this lifetime or the next one😀

It's been a great month with Haven family day off the city centre to Uganda's prestigious Tourism destination - Kapchorwa, the land of beautiful amazing and welcoming creatures and scenery. It was a thrilling experience visiting the Sipi falls, hiking, abseiling, enjoying and evening run at the Kiprotich Training ground , having a taste of the locally manufactured Lakwek etc.
A big Thankyou to the hosts at Sipi valley Resort & the Organisers @ Africa Reveal Safris .

I met with the Mulima’s and I only have a collection of beautiful moments down 105 meters of abseiling.

I always look out for adventure, and once again the gigantic resting rocks that makeup much of Eastern Uganda drew my heart closer.

After a cup of locally brewed Arabic coffee, I set out with Emma (a new colleague Job had handed over for my second adventure with the Mulima’s. At the same time, Job set out with another group for a coffee/cultural experience which I intend to do when I return.

For a hike to the top of the falls, another couple joined us as Emma told us stories of the Sebei tribe and their Kalenjin origins.

After close to 1 hour of hiking, we set out for Abseiling on Sipi falls. 105 meters guided by a team of professionals from Mulima Mountains Adventures.

We are four people, a couple and two gentlemen me inclusive, each of us not daring to give away a signal that fear is spilling through our bone marrows, as the abseiling gear is fully dressed on to us.

In the next scenes of what happened, I will let my photo collection from the East motivate you 😊.

Before I forget, we named the walking trail after abseiling through the rocks, this trail, sorry “Koi”was a whole different adventure that made me leave Eastern Uganda with a blog title;

“It’s Koi after 105 meters of adrenaline with the Mulima’s”

I want to be in Eastern Uganda again, but the risks might include deeply falling in love with adventure.

We loved our trip to Sipi Falls! We did the coffee tour and hike. Both were amazing experiences, and we enjoyed that we were able to experience so much of the local culture during our stay! We had Frances and Fred as our guides and they went out of their way to make our trip memorable. When they found out we were distance running fans, they took us to see the facilities that some of the top distance runners in the world train at. They also made sure we had lots of photos to commemorate our stay!

One of the best experiences for the many years I have travelled , lots of tension and adrenaline while abseiling but we had the best team to help us through this experience. Job and the team were very professional and we felt safe all through the activity . I would do it again with them

Job is very professional and friendly (with a great smile!). I definitely recommend Mulima. They are very communicative, and booking was easy. Their prices are very affordable. They sell great coffee. The local community of people you meet around the hike is very friendly, and they sometimes help by holding your hands down the slippery hikes (if it rains). Nevertheless, the tour guide around the hike could have been more thorough in explaining life in Kapchorwa, the history, etc.

(About SIPI) We went when the rainy season was just beginning, so the falls had lots of water, and it was breezy as we hiked, but we did not finish hiking the last fall because
we 'feared' it might be very slippery).

We had a fantastic day hiking to all three major Sipi falls and abseiling on the last one. Our guide Job took us to several incredibly beautiful spots including some caves and even offered some cultural context. We are definitely planning to come back to Sipi and hike with Mulima Mountain Adventures again!
