We had driven by this park for many years and decided on a sunny Sunday afternoon to check it out! So glad we did! Nice trails with some creek views. Very wooded areas, would be nice in the Summer or Fall. Choose your route depending on how much you want to walk. Don't wear good shoes, especially if it is wet out.

This is one of my favorite places to walk with my dog. It's a beautiful spot year round, with many trails, a creek and beutiful trees and wild flowers.

I don't know how I missed this beautiful park, being that I've lived in the area for ages. And I don't know how I found it, but now that I have, I'm telling everyone! When you turn into the park off 38, to your left you'll see the grass and park area with parking, picnic tables, pavilion, and paved trails. But, the park is huge. Keep going on the road that curves to the right to park in a lot. From there you'll find trails that wind through a majestic forest, flow through fields, and meadows, and fold back to the front entrance. A creek runs through it and even a peace pole stands confident on the edge of a long field. (My only critique is the existence of those gigantic power lines, but what can we do?) Enjoy a lovely park with endless surprises.

Very nice park with trails. None are very difficult. Nice to get a few good walks. Has some nice places for a picnic. Nice tables. This park is pet friendly. Note. After being here several times. While most dog owners, put there dogs on leach. We have noticed more big dogs off leach. Park rules ( all dogs must be leached )
