I stopped here hoping for a whiskey tasting, and score, they had one. I tried three different ones and was quite surprised on the quality. I chose a bottle of the Iowa Bourbon whiskey to take home. Service was good, but booze was better.

We ate lunch here on a Saturday. We had the wood fired "Three Little Pigs" pizza; very thin crust, (we sub'ed marinara sauce for the mayo based Blonde BBQ sauce that comes with this selection) and we enjoyed it! Edges of crust were ultra crisp,...More

We stopped mid-day for lunch and a wine tasting. This is a good spot for both. The staff was pleasant and upbeat and the design of the tasting room is nice. The wines are good. We found the pizzas to be excellent—well conceived flavor combinations...More

The wines are OK, we much prefer dry red wines which are not to be seen in Iowa. The sprits are much better than their wines, especially the single malt whiskey. We arrived just minutes before the lunch crowd and the service went downhill. We...More

Here with friends, we did sweet corn bruschetta, cheese plate, wedge salad and beef and gouda pizza. Food was great! The tasters are truly tastes, five wines and three spirits but it's a free tasting. A bit pricey overall, but nice atmosphere, helpful staff and...More

Thank you to all for the responses! We DO have AC in the tasting room as well as the Event Center. Casual dress is common, and outdoor seating is available. You may also bring your own chairs & picnic blankets!
