At the bottom of the climb up to mount Wellington and on the outskirts of Hobart. It's scenic and a great place to stay.

Just at the base of the mountain. Lots of personality. 2 big warm open fire places. Just what the doctor ordered after a trip to the top of the freezing mountain. Some old leather lounges to relax on. Does a good roast but quite pricey...More

We ordered the schnitzels as we had heard great things and wanted to see just how big they were. Well they were huge, but tasted awful. Vinegary and sour. Disappointing as we live locally and wanted this to be our local pub. Won't be back.
