What an excellent facility and welcome center. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. We got to try the bourbon connoisseur event and sampled some excellent products. Very nice displays and gift shop as well. If you're a serious whiskey/bourbon person, I highly recommend stopping by.

This is one of the Bourbon Distillery we visited and it was absolutely beautiful. It is wonderfully laid out with great information. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The tasting was very informative and great selection for tasting. If there is one thing that was disappointing was the unavailability to buy bourbon bottles we wanted at the center. Overall, this... We know a lot about bourbon, so this was a great choice - skip the "how to make bourbon" part and get straight to the distillery's history and tasting quality bourbon. Our tour leader and Becky, the bourbon pourer, were excellent.

One of our favorite stops on the Bourbon Trail. The tasting room was very unique and lots of fun. More of a relaxed tour on the trail. Linda was an awesome tour guide and very knowledgeable!

This is the fourth or fifth time I have toured at Heaven Hill, however, I have not been in a few years since I moved out of KY. This particular visit, we had the pleasure of touring with 13 year veteran Kathleen who is a true Kentucky gem. Her tour style was wonderful with her easy southern charm and local... More

I took the Mashbill Tour for $ 10.00 and our group had Allen as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, witty and had some nice stories to tell. The tour starts just outside the Heritage Center with a nice overview of the history of Heaven Hill. You then take a short walk across the road to Rickhouse Y. Allen... More

Nice long tour, learned a lot more about the barreling process. Know what a Rickhouse is, bung, and many more things. She was a good guide. Liked seeing all the barrels. Tasting afterwards...♥️♥️

We came to Kentucky to visit a different distillery. We had heard about the bourbon trail at the B&B where we were staying. We stopped in to kill a little time before we went to dinner with old friends. The lady who checked is in issued a passport to have stamped as we visit different distilleries. I enjoyed hearing the... More

As far as Spirits tours go; this was not my favorite. In fact, I would say that it is the least informative as to craft, science and information goes..... All you really see is the barrel warehouse; as they say "rack-house." The tasting is limited and, there provide with zero chance to clear your pallet after sampling the 3 bourbons... More
