We were on our way home from Nashville and decided to give this place a shot. We spent a few minutes and dollars in the nice gift shop while we were waiting for the next boat tour. The price was bit off-putting, but the fact that it is run by a non-profit meant I knew it wasn't a tourist-trap. We... More

Have been to Lost River many times. Once with my grandson's Boy Scout troop. Hiked the trails, learned many interesting facts, earned a badge. Went for a picnic with grandkids, walked to the falls, panned for gold, had an enjoyable experience!

Stopped in Bowling Green for lunch and decided to check out the cave. The cave is small especially compared to Mammoth. $15/person for a boat ride that lasts 15 minutes is a bit pricey.

My son (9) and I decided to go hiking at lost river cave. Great trails and 8 Pokémon stops! We also did the cave tour which is a boat tour with a small hike. We saw cave fish, crayfish, bats and a frog! Our tour guide Daniel was very informative and clearly loved this area! The gift shop is fantastic... More

We had a fun time on this cave tour and learned some neat facts about the cave. You get to do things here that other cave tours don't offer like take flash photography, touch parts of the cave, and ride around on a boat inside the cave.

Our whole group 6 adults and 1 child, enjoyed this cave tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the caves history. The tour was about 1 hour long. Educational and historical!!

Yes this was in Kentucky as one of the things done on our 38th state of the 50-State Quest. ((done in August of 1997 not 2016)) We did 3 state parks this year each a little different. This part of our trip made for a bunch of good photos to go with other enlargements. We always like the peace &... More

We where staying in Nashville and saw a flyer in our hotel for this. So we drove a hour and had a pretty good time. One thing to note, is the "river" is pretty small its only maybe the length of 2-3 football fields if that. I think it goes further down but there was a dam that we stooped... More
