Old Louisville has a lovely restored section of the city that provides a fascinating walking tour with quite an interesting story. I would recommend taking the guided-walking tour and relive the 1880’s when Louisville surged to new life after the presentation of Southern Exposition that...More

I want to go back - we did not set enough near enough time to enjoy this neighborhood. Each mansion is more interesting than the next. Even my non-architecture pals were in awe! This is an absolute must.

This is a lovely part of Louisville. St. James court is the pinnacle of gorgeousness. We did a bicycle tour of Louisville and went through here. The homes are grand.

Louisville is a thriving city. They have two COSTCOs! The old homes are very beautiful and are well maintained. There are many to see on various streets. Some go though hilly sections of town that add to their beauty.

Let all that Downton Abbey personality come over you and walk and see and enjoy the architecture. There are some smaller structures; there are some huge homes; Belgravia is one of those pedestrian-only streets. Do all this in the brightness of the day, and spend...More
