Lots to see and do right here ... easy and affordable parking, shops, restaurants, amazing views ... There seemed to be many empty storefronts and closed restaurants- maybe just because it's the off season? Great place to kill a few minutes or a few hours.

What a great way to enjoy your Sunday afternoon. There are a number of meat stores and restaurants within walking distance. It's wonderful to be able to walk from one side of the Ohio River to the other without any vehicle traffic.

We walked through this area while attending a banquet at the aquarium. When we first got here during the day there were alot of families around. Later that night it was mostly college age people around due in part to all the bars around. There are a good amount of places to go to in the area.

Definitely, THE PLACE to be if you are in Newport area. Located on the river bank, it has a movie theater (AMC), pub (Brothers), many restaurants (Five Guys, BRIO, Rodendo Taqueria, Tom+Chee), ice-cream shop (Cold Stone), a bookstore (Barnes and Noble), an aquarium (Newport Aquarium), gaming zone (Gameworks), coffee shops (Starbucks, Saxby's) and more. Great place to hang out even... More

There are a few stores and a movie theater. There is a neat art shop that sells local art that I enjoyed. Many talented artists displayed. The photography was amazing. There was a kiosk in front of the art gallery that had the little fish that eat the dead skin from your feet for $30. The people who were doing... More

I have been coming here for a long time. I LOVE the area. However, it seems alot od the stores have pulled out. The Irish Pub was my FAVORITE place. I hear they closed due to the tremendous expense. What a shame. Otherwise, the view, the atmosphere and the whole experience is pleasent.

I was meeting someone from a dating site. I considered this venue for my safety purposes. *Large parking garage with multiple entrances/exits elevators *various restaurants for tastes/budgets *walking around window brousing or walking Purple People Bridge *movie, comedy club, games I made a great choice for venue and will continue using The Levee for 1st dates.... and family outings.

My daughter and I went to see Sing at the theater. We enjoy visiting the Levee for everything from movies to the bookstore to the aquarium. I'd love to see a play area for younger kids, but it really is a nice place with lots to do.

Newport on the Levee is kind of a quintessential part of Northern Kentucky. I still remember when it opened back when I was in high school. It was the THE place to go, with all the best stores and hangout spots. Since then, the quality of the stores have suffered and most of the shops seem like little niche boutique... More
