Paducah has made its riverfront very walkable with lots of spots for taking a break and just watching barges pass. We were there before the pleasure boating season began, but I can imagine the riverfront is really alive come summer.

The view of the rivers are beautiful but the river walk is nothing really spectacular, not bad just ok. There were a quite a few people walking the river front though.

The mural is impressive! Well worth the time and gives a great overview of the history of Paducka. The steam engine really intrigued my husband and must have been quite a feat getting it placed there.

Nice area to watch boats as they pass by. Barges go thru regularly. You can visit the murals, visit the local stores and farmers market on saturdays. Have a picnic on a beautiful day.

Nice little walk beyond the murals and beside the river. It was peaceful and not a strenuous walk at all.

The river is full of activity...so taking the walk alongside is a win-win. There are memorials along the walk discussing history of the area and river. So if you enjoy history, this is a plus. On the town side of the flood wall..are beautiful murals of the history of Paducah! The river walk is next to OLD TOWN Paducah..which is... More

The river walk area of Paducah is great! Such a nice, clean, artsy area of downtown. The river is beautiful and even better when the large river boats are in port! Fun for the entire family!

The Paducah Riverwalk is a great place for river buffs and others alike to take a leisurely stroll, learn about the area's rich river history, and take in the sights, sounds, and smells of old man river. Make that two rivers, actually, The River Walk is located less than a quarter mile from the confluence of the Tennessee and Ohio... More

Riverwalk is a nice place to just sit and watch the barges go by or people watch. Perfect place for a little picnic lunch, too.

Enjoyed visiting this area where the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers meet. A lovely view, and the Floodwall Murals are beautiful as well. In fact, the entire downtown area is nice, with several restaurants and shops. The National Quilt Museum is within walking distance.
