Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I went to the lagoon with my family and we found it very impressive! Tourism in the lake is organized by an NGO together with the local community to economically benefit all the inhabitants of the region. It is not yet prepared to receive a lot of tourists, but it will be in a year or so. The activities provided are very authentic as the local people show their culture and traditions while trekking through the lagoon. I strongly recommend the trip!

This sacred mountain for many is totally new and less explored, which offers you a beautiful snow still with lots of pyramid-shaped snow and 3 sacred LAGOONS of turquoise and blue.
