Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This church absolutely fantastic considering upper largo is really small place. The details are awesome and it's a ace design.

As the previous reviewer has mentioned, the main notability is the position of the church on top of a hill, where it sits beautifully and the Largo Stone. The latter is kept protected by a metal enclosure. I'd only seen pictures of what the carvings on the stone were supposed to be, but what you see in real life were nowhere near as clearcut. It was cloudy and started raining, so maybe that had an effect.

Set at the back of the village of Upper Largo lies this beautiful church built on a mound surrounded by a small graveyard with some interesting gravestones .There have been builds and reconstructions over the years and the most of the building you see today dates from 1817 constructed by Alexander Leslie who rebuilt all but the chancel and steeple. An active church in the area ,there is the interesting' Largo stone 'which stands inside the gate protected by railings . Alexander Selkirk was a parishioner in this parish
