The park is permanently closed according to their website. So sad as our boys loved the trampolines over the years and had a birthday party there as well.

I have been before a few times and it was fine but I went last week and it seems to have turned into a bit of a joke. You have to read and agree to the waiver when you book and then you have to sit and watch before you are allowed on the trampolines is quite frankly a bit of a joke. It lists endless things that you are not allowed to do, I was left wondering what on earth you are allowed to do after watching it. The staff then asked the children (toddler session) if they all understood what they had just watched (yeh ok!) and then the fourth get-out-of-jail for the company is to have your hand stamped to say you’ve seen and understood the video. I don’t know why I booked because it was packed with more and more people coming through the door. I left early as it got to the stage where I thought the amount of children on the trampolines was getting silly. I don’t like being negative but staff all seemed more interested in talking between themselves then supervising. (Apart from one who was very attentive when a child hurt their ankle). I’m not being ageist but the staff all seemed very young and even the chap who looked in charge seemed to just be waltzing around the place, chatting and flirting with the other staff. I won’t be going back I’m afraid. An expensive and not very enjoyable hour. Hoping this weather cheers up soon so I don’t have to resort to going places like this to tire my children out.

We visited for the 5pm session this afternoon with our 3 children 6,8 and 10. When we arrived there was a large group of teenagers / young adults who clearly had additional needs attending the session. This group were allowed to run absolute carnage with their carers just standing on the side watching them wreck the session for everyone else. They were literally breaking all of the safety rules running riot across the trampolines, running in front of other children, pushing them out of the way, jumping the queues and generally making the environment very unsafe for the other children. I watched from the balcony upstairs and saw one boy in particular causing complete chaos and after several near misses he crashed straight into my little boy. The staff ( who are all just teenagers themselves) were standing there too busy chatting seemingly oblivious to the situation. I went down and made a staff member aware and she just stood there looking dumb before making her manager aware. I felt I had no choice but to call my children off of the trampolines before they got seriously hurt. The staff just all stood around watching and the carers for these young people did nothing to try and address the behaviour. I approached two members of staff who were just standing watching the carnage and said to them that they had a duty of care to the other children that were bouncing and that someone was going to get seriously hurt and bang on cue, the same teenager who had based into my little boy ( and who lots of other children were having to dive out of the way for) crashed straight into a little girl who looked to be about 8 years old and seriously hurt her. She was still being tended to and the staff having to fill out the accident book some 20 minutes later. The staff clearly have no idea how to deal with problems as and when they arise and literally watched on as the chaos ensued. This is largely due to the fact that there appeared to be nobody over the age of about 20 working there. They need some proper adult supervision. Sky high runs sessions especially for those with special educational needs and in fact only two evenings ago there was a session which this particular group could have attended. It was clear that this session had been essentially turned into an extra special needs session. There was no music playing as there normally would have been and none of the staff were using their whistles ( which were so desperately needed). This was NOT a designated special needs session and we should have been made aware when booking. Sky high knew that this group were coming as I saw that they had a large booking sheet with lists of names and I overheard one of the carers saying that they had agreed to turn the music off even though it wasn't actually a special needs session. It is just utter greed on the part of Wave Leisure. If they had a large special needs group that wanted to attend this session then for the safety of smaller children then they should be prepared to block the whole session off for them. Whist it may mean a small loss of revenue for them, it would have kept things safe for everyone. It's not cheap to visit here with 3 children and the whole experience was ruined. Sky high did nothing to look after the safety of the other children bouncing. Many of those causing chaos were the size of large adults and the little kids didn't stand a chance.
