Nice Stroll

We just swung by to take a stroll. It was nice and peaceful. Probably one of the better things to do

Not much going on down there, with on a few restaurants open. No Boutiques or anything to do. Better to hit the board walk across the river

My wife and I took a walk through this District. It's nice.. nothing special. A few restaurants/bars... Nothing really caught our eye, so we went back to the Casino!

The Red River District is apart of the culture in Shreveport, Louisiana. The River flows right through the cities of Shreveport and Bossier City and has a certain special tough. Defiantly a must visit.

The Red River District is the area underneath the Texas Street Bridge, between Commerce Street and Clyde Fant Parkway. There are a few eating and drinking establishments, but not much else. Close by, there are 2 riverboat casinos, the Shreveport Aquarium and Riverfront Park.

Very good steaks and seafood at a lower price than I expected. The River Walk is very nice with higher end shops. Nice walking path if it is cool enough.

We have concrete malls and outlet malls at home. No local color whatsoever. Waste of time. Was hoping for unique shops and local products, things indigenous to Louisiana.
