This is a very beautiful park with the backdrop of the Portland headlight it is absolutely amazing to go there and see all the nice grassy areas and places you can picnic and stay and walk around and see the lighthouse on the ocean.

There are paved sidewalks and road, not sure about actual bike paths. Road is safe to bike.

It's free but ya gotta get a lobster roll from the food truck and that'll set you back a paycheck
