I have been an LL Bean shopper for years and had never been to the store. Took a trip to Maine and spent the day at the complex. The store is awesome and the town of Freeport is full of shopping and eateries. A must...More
LL Bean is brilliant. If you are anywhere near Freeport this is a must visit. First, they are open 24 hours - how awesome is this. Second, they offer great customer service - especially if you bring in your current item for help.

I answered and then had a thought - does the cruise ship stop in Freeport or just in Portland? First check that out because it's about 18-20 miles from Portland to Freeport. Perhaps Uber might be a cheaper option.
