Park left as governor Baxter wanted it, dirt roads.beautiful rustic trails and views of nature unfound in rest of lower 48 states. put in the effort and you will see wildlife.

Beautiful place. Great trails. You can go into the park 45 miles with your car. Lots of camping places.

I would suggest a rugged vehicle to tour this park. We had a Mustang and had to be very careful with it.

Yes, Go onto the Baxter State Park web site. Depending on the trail you want to use there are only a certain number of spaces. Enjoy your day in the park.
