If you like mountain golf then this is right up your alley. If you don't then I would stay away. The views on this course are phenomenal and the course itself was in great shape. Club house was friendly and accommodating. Cart paths were a little on the treacherous side if slick, so be aware of that.

This is one of the most picturesque golf courses you'll ever play. Some holes have swooping views of the surrounding Mahoosuc mountain range. If you have a chance, definitely give this place a shot. I sometimes end up playing here solo and have been paired up with very nice people every time.

A beautiful mountain course with considerable elevation changes. Front is more of a placement, shot making course. Back nine is wider with longer carries off the tees... Beautiful new clubhouse but little in it. Nice bar/restaurant and somewhat skimpy proshop; not fully stocked. Course in good shape; not incredible. Plenty of divots on the tees and some in the fairways...no... More

Great course. Excellent shape. Greens were a bit slow but were true. Superb use of elevation changes and doglegs. Whites were medium difficulty. If you played these every day and got to know the course well you would be able to score very well. The lack of local knowledge was what made it a medium course. Blues were challenging. Forget... What a great golf course overlooked by the ski slopes of this great resort. Sunday River have done a great job to carve out a tight but fair course around the mountains. A destination I'll definitely be returning to.

Our group of friends really enjoyed playing the course despite the challenges. We'll be back again to take on the course. The staff was friendly.

Played This course Friday the 8th of July and loved it so much we went back Monday the 11th to play it again. What an awesome golf course, it reminds me a lot of the RTJ Golf Trail in Alabama, specifically the Cambrian Ridge location in Greenville, AL. The elevation changes, the green designs, everything was amazing. only one con,... More

Played Sunday River Golf Club for the 1st time and quickly learned that i needed to pay attention to the GPS system in the cart to estimate distance and avoid trouble. The course is a roller-coaster ride figuratively and literally. Not expecting much from my golf game, I truly enjoyed the experience . The greens were fast and pure .... More

Had to be the worst golf experience in my 50 years of playing!!! 9 holes took us 3 hours to complete. There were 3 foursomes stacked up before us on the 10th tee. There wasn't any chance of us playing, and waiting, another hole. I went into the pro shop. It was empty. Could have taken anything I wanted -... More

The course is in good shape, rewards the player with lovely views, is a challenge for the average player but is definitely inhospitable to the physically challenged. No handicap flags, carts required to exit way to far from the green. Staff is competent but not warm and welcoming. Suggest Sugarloaf.... Great views, fun course, gracious staff.
