this is a classic tourist town devoted 100% to the tourist. there are a few good places to eat and not much else there. parking is expensive so don't waste more then an hour of your time here.

My partner and I travel and stay in Ogunquit often. We always get to Perkins Cove...usually via the Marginal Way. Love the restaurants here as well as the total atmosphere.

We drove to Perkins Cove and walked the path along the coast. It was a scenic and beautiful walk. At the conclusion of the walk, we visited recommended locations and for a whopping $2/pp ride the trolley back to our rental car.

What a grant time we had walking along Perkins Cove...wonderful shops, ice cream and an amazing view to take in. Parking is tricky but with patience, you can find one. The parking is limited to 2 hours or pay to park in a open lot....More

Very pretty place to visit. Boys loved watching the boats. There were lots of fun and interesting shops to visit as well. It started out brisk today but became very sunny! Definitely come to Maine with layers.

I THINK that some would be closed by then but we have not been there that late in the year for a long time. We usually go in September after the schools open and most, if not all, are still open then.
