Whether climbing a mountain, entering a bear's den, role-playing crewmembers on a 40-foot schooner or manning a space shuttle, children will have a blast at this highly interactive museum. Most of the museum is geared to children aged one to 11, but young teens will like the computer lab and the camera exhibits. There's also a play area just for toddlers.

Great rainy day activity for school age and younger. Multiple floors or hands-on activity for kids to explore. Touch it, squeeze it, crawl through it. Computer activities for kids. Parents can have fun too.

Three story building with activities for kids who like to pretend and imagine. My very active and imaginative 6-year-old wanted to stay all day to play in the pretend fire truck, but my 10-year old was bored quickly. We spent about an hour and a...More

I have an eight year old son that was not impressed by this facility. My poor rating is based on my comparison of this facility to other children's museums we have visited across the country. Perhaps we weren't familiar with everything that was offered, but...More

There are lots of things to amuse kids in this museum. Our 2-year old grandson particularly liked the pneumatic tube apparatus and the fire truck. They have a variety of shows and experiences throughout the day. I recommend going early on weekends to have a...More

This Museum was wonderful, my son is four and a half and he had a really good time. I wouldn't recommend it for children much over maybe six or seven. I do recommend making sure that you have reviewed the parking options on the website...More

Went with two toddlers, 17 months and 21 months. Both kids had a great time. There are multiple floors of themed hands-on play areas, really more of an indoor play area than a museum. Kept our boys busy and happy for 2 hours, which is...More

Two hours would be perfectly adequate. The star show and touch tank are really nice programs for the kids. So, you may be there a little longer to get both of those in.
