We visited several times with a new puppy awhile ago. Most dogs off leash and not all well behaved. There is also a path at the entrance to walk with your dog away from the other dogs in the dog park.

When I tell my dog we are going here, I describe it as "Big Dogpark" to distinguish it from the Valley Street Dogpark. He then knows where we are going. It is bigger, with varied territory. At times it can be muddy on the paths....More

We recommend everyone experience this dog park. It has acre upon acre of fenced in land with trails for your dogs to run play and socialize if they want. Close to downtown Portland and easily accessible.

This huge fenced in dog run delights dogs and kids alike. It's open dawn to dusk. There is a shelter on the elevated hill and a secret, giant fairy house style tee-pee, can you find it? Please pick up your pup's poop!

I appreciate the nature of this park. It's nice to have the greenery and trees in the city. I've been to this dog park a couple of times now, and it seems that large dogs dominate the area. I have a 12 pound Chihuahua and...More

I have loved bringing my dog to this park for a few months. Generally the dogs are well-behaved and owners are very nice. Have had a couple instances when aggressive dogs are there, but have stayed on the trails away from the play area on...More

The park is natural with trails around and over a hill. I thought it was a great setting, but there were mostly large dogs and the small dog area was not marked . The small dog section was so small I didn't realize what it...More
