This is a nice local beach with great views and a nice little playground. There is limited parking in the lot and along streets. Parking tickets are liberally dispensed so do mind the no parking signs. Have kids wear water shoes, some sharp glass present.

After hours the dogs come out to play and it is hilarious! The sandy beach is pleasant to walk along and the view is beautiful. If have dogs or enjoy playing with them, this is it!

We rented a home via HomeAway and this was our base for the week. The beach itself is rocky but nice for playing with sand, kids jumping in shallow water, taking a walk, relaxing and walking to the light house. There are plenty of restaurants...More

I have visited when I teach many times. Most often I go mid day but on a recent occasion I travel there in the early evening. The amount of dogs running around and pooping was amazing! Kiss is pretty spot but one that I fear...More

We were lucky to stay on Willard street so the beach was just steps away. Nice long beach for walking or spending the day. Check the tides before you go if you want to swim as the low tide is very low. Very nice place...More

I’d say about 1.5km because you have to walk around the university to get there.

No. During the summer, dogs are restricted to 7-9 am and pm, and not in between. If you can live with those times, it's fine. David
