This staid institution is one of the older and great concert venues in America. It's one of the original "sheds" (like Pine Knob or Concord), and there's been a ton of great music made there over the decades. On this last trip I was pleasantly...More

The venue is great. Lots of good food stands (depending on the event). The seating is comfortable. Wine in the woods is an exceptional event as well (recommended if you like live music, wine and relaxing outside).

Came to see Gorillaz concert. Had to walk a good ways from parking, really is too bad the place doesn't have its own dedicated garage. Also sort of wished the stage was on the roof of its current location so it would've been more visible...More

Visited Merriweather Post Pavilion from out of town. Decent venue wth good acoustics for an outdoor facility. Sat in the lawn... unfortunately after a rain storm. Recommend a cheap moving pad and some type of plastic sheet underneath and you would be good to go,...More
