The river depth varies greatly but its mostly shallow under 2'. Be advised that there are still signs up that the water is contaminated. Yes you will see people in here often but you couldn't pay me too.

Absolutely. We could get from our campsite to the Baltimore Convention Center in under 30 minutes. Maybe 20 something? Make sure the Park is open during the time you plan to attend your conference, and reserve a campsite... More
