For a small community the museum was a pleasant surprise. The gift shop and the employees were outstanding. Presentation of artifacts were on a par with The Smithsonian. A most see when in Solomons Maryland

Worth the trip. Great exhibits for every age group. Great history, biology, paleontology. Can go sailing. Can climb the lighthouse. Great tanks of living animals. Well done.

Son and daughter-in-law took as here when we were visiting them. It was a fun place because of the different types of artifacts they have. The lighthouse was open while we were there and that was our favorite part.

Not Really . The Sting Ray Exhibit Has An Incubator With Lights To See What The "Mermaids Purse" Really Hold To See The Eggs Which Are Really Cool. The Otters Are Really Fun Too. There's Alot To See , It's Very Educational

I'd think the best way would be to contact the museum directly. You then can react to any answers given and plan accordingly. Very friendly folks down there!
