This is a great spot for walking about, visiting the old homestead, and having a picnic. It also provides wonderful scenescapes for any type of photo: engagement, baby, family, etc.

My wedding party, family, and now husband, were in awe of this beautiful place. The wedding pictures came out gorgeous. Dan Bouchard was extremely helpful and responsive in the planning process!

While trying to find something different to do in the area, we stumbled upon Long Hill. Beautiful gardens and nice walking paths. Most anyone should be able to walk this. It was very peaceful and I'm looking forward to visiting in the fall!

I live locally and visit at least once a year. It's a wonderful combination of beautifully landscaped gardens and ponds with hidden architectural elements. There are some low-key trails around the property and worth exploring. I've strangely never been on a tour inside the house. Everything is at its peak in June (including the frogs :)) and would recommend visiting... More

Long Hill is an perfect spot for a short hike, gazing at flowers or simply taking the temperature of the seasons. I would say almost anyone would find some of the gardens accessible, flat terrain. I love this place.

I did two loops of the well marked red trail (Main Loop), it was buggy but very scenic. Some interesting gardens around the main house and a big orchard. The trails were well marked. Buggy (deer flies) but that is normal in July!

We have visited other Trustees sites, but found this one a little disappointing. Admittedly, it is late in the spring blooming season, and a number of flowers and trees were in bloom. However, the description of the garden led on to expect more. It seemed that they needed considerable maintenance. The trails seemed a little rustic for someone with a... More

We walked about the terraced gardens. Some flowers were in bloom. Weeding needs to be done - weeds were a distraction from what could have been. Large planters were empty and this would have been a lovely way to show off more flowers and creativity. Names of plants and flowers would have been helpful at their location. Mansion was closed... Beautiful garden, easy walking also on drizzly days. Well worth the visit to relax and enjoy nature. The mansion on the property is not open to visitors
