We had our usual visit to woodneck beach and all had a great time. If you go just as the high tide turns, you can ride the lazy river out of the marsh and out to the bay. It's a blast for people of all...More

Wood Neck Beach, in the Sippewisset area on the western shore of Falmouth, is a sandy bay-side beach backed by grass-covered dunes. At high tide the beach is very narrow, but sandbars and shallow tide pools make this a good place for children when the...More

I'm staying in Falmouth, and we decided to check out this beach at sunset. I've got to believe it's one of, if not the nicest sunset on the Cape. Absolutely beautiful. As a side note, no pets, no smoking. Parking area is a bit small...More

An amazing place. Mid-size, not too crowed. We came after 4 when the monitors had left. The main feature of this beach is the "river" which flows, fills and empties with the tide. At low tide much exposed sand and marsh. As the tide rushes...More

Estuary is a hidden gem. Fascinating wetlands ~ great place for kids to play in the shallow creek marsh that flows gently into the bay. On the other side is a small sandy beach for sunbathers, with slightly deeper water ~ but this is not...More

You will need to purchase a beach parking sticker to park at the public beaches but this beach is relatively uncrowded. It can be full of stones so wear sandals.

Quiet rocky beach. Just walked along and admired the view. Nice shells and found a horseshoe crab shell sitting on beach.

This beach has two areas. The ocean side has a VERY rocky beach. I would give it 1 star. That is the section of the beach you see in the picture. I have collected rocks here to build a stone wall in my back yard!...More

Anyone can use the beach but parking from 9 to 4 requires a $30 per week sticker for residents and renters only.
